About The Classes

Melissa holds classes from Monday to Saturday in the mornings as well as some evening classes. A specialist teenage class is also held on Saturday mornings.
Unlike so many other Pilates classes, Melissa teaches either on a 1-2-1 basis or shared (2 people basis). The beauty of individual attention is being able to tailor each session specifically to the needs of the client. It is proven that with this level of focus, progression is much faster, and the benefits are greatly maximised. Duet classes can be organised by arrangement, so please feel free to contact Melissa here.

Pilates profits everyone, so clients of all abilities are welcome. Classes will be planned with you in mind, and most importantly, with the view that you enjoy your class and the benefits it will bring. If you have any concerns about the suitability of Pilates, please do get in touch, and we can discuss any queries you may have.

Classes with Melissa and her co-teachers are not confined to mat work. The studio is complete with Pilates equipment including the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Garuda©. See here for more information.

Classes run for a full hour, and can be booked over the phone or by email. Please see the contact page for more information. Everything is provided at the studio, so there is nothing for you to bring. We suggest that you wear comfortable clothing which allows you to move freely.
