Livestream Class Schedule
MONDAY HIIT/PILATES MATWORK This class is 20 mins of High Intensity Interval Training followed by 35 mins Pilates mix (classical Matwork plus extra muscle group specific focus).
WEDNESDAY CLASSICAL PILATES with some extra stretch! Good for those who have been running/walking or partaking in HIIT classes!
FRIDAY PILATES PLUS Classical Pilates repertoire with some extra ooooomph. We will use the Pilates Ring, soft ball (22 or 26cm) and Foam roller.
All classes individually tailored by appointment only.
